About the Event
YPNSD has teamed up with YogaSix to host a group yoga class for our young professionals network. The class will take place this Sunday, February 18th from 12:30 – 1:30 pm at the YogaSix Little Italy studio. This class is free for members of YPNSD and $10 for non-members.
This yoga class flows at a slowed-down pace so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions in a warm practice room. Newer students find this class builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into a deeper practice. You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath. Reserve your spot today! Members must bring own mat for class.
