RYAN CLIFF
President and Founder
Ryan is an active member of the San Diego business community, serving as President and Founder of YPNSD. Originally from Northern California, Ryan relocated to San Diego to further his career in banking and later real estate. DRAKE THOMPSON
Vice President
Drake is a San Diego native coming from a military family that was stationed in America's Finest City since he was a kid. He graduated from SDSU, obtained his real estate license, and was eager to put his economics degree to use in this competitive industry. By focusing more on relationships, he became heavily invested in his personal network and joined YPNSD, which has provided many priceless relationships. In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking the beautiful terrain of California, playing pickleball with his friends, and line dancing at his favorite country bar.

Director of Professional Development
As a native of Massachusetts, Jasmin has spent seven years immersing herself in San Diego's vibrant community. With a background in Human Resources and extensive experience working with over seven companies in the city, she has developed a reputation for providing expert career guidance. Committed to giving back to her adopted community, Jasmin is dedicated to mentorship and support. When not helping others navigate their careers, she enjoys planning her next adventure or exploring the local scene.
