YPNSD is San Diego's largest cross-industry networking group for young professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. We connect young professionals who are interested in expanding their professional networks and meeting like-minded individuals. RYAN CLIFF
President and Founder
Ryan is an active member of the San Diego business community, serving as President and Founder of YPNSD and The Network San Diego. He is a passionate community organizer and leader in the community who has organized over 100+ local events and takes pride in connecting professionals to help foster growth and innovation in San Diego.

STEPHANIE PILECKI
Vice President
With a background in PR, marketing, advertising, talent attraction/retention, human capital management, recruiting, event organizing, coaching/consulting, and partnerships, Steph brings a diverse skillset to the YPN community. After graduating from UCSB, she began her career in the Bay Area, relocated to Las Vegas, and then settled in San Diego in 2020. Now, she’s iterating and growing the county’s largest networking community for young professionals, career/resume and interview coaching, providing ad-hoc recruiting services, and optimizing payroll/HR functions within local SMBs. In her free time, she enjoys live music and North County beaches.
